In tune with his launch collection Sergei Grinko brings his unique blend of bitter/sweet to his Spring/Summer 2010 accessories range entitled ‘Belle du Jour.’ Glossy lacquered leathers and mysterious gothic influences are combined with delicate laces and dusty hues in a collection that draws from a broad range of influences.

With his eye keenly focused on every detail Sergei manages to marry the most unexpected of elements and yet make them work. Jewellery combines Sergei’s love of Baroque and semi-precious stones with a clean modernist approach. Rich velvet sugar beads in muted shades soften strong lines and gothic motifs.

Luxurious leather bags arrive jewel encrusted in distinctive designs and statement belts feature Sergei’s printed lady; Marie Antoinette, created especially by French graphic artist Luc Martin. Meanwhile, shoes are lavished with detail and attention; from the glossy metallic finish and matching inlays to the futuristic heel that changes appearance with every angle.
